Who we are
Repair Guider is operated by Züst Works, Dorf 37, 9035 Grub AR, Switzerland. Contact: [email protected].
Digital guides
Field guides are digital downloads (PDF), delivered instantly after purchase (on repairguider.com via a secure download page right after Stripe checkout, or by Etsy). Nothing is shipped, and a downloaded file can't be returned.
All sales are final
All sales are final because these are instant digital downloads. If your file won't open or download, email us and we'll send a fresh copy. Contact: [email protected].
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live. Etsy purchases are also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection and case process.
