Digital guides

Field guides are digital downloads (PDF), delivered instantly by Gumroad or Etsy after purchase. Nothing is shipped, and a downloaded file can't be returned.

Our promise

If the guide didn't help with the problem it covers, or the file is damaged or won't open, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase with your order details (Gumroad receipt or Etsy order number) and we'll refund you. If a file is faulty, we'll first offer a working copy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through the platform you bought on (Gumroad or Etsy) to the original payment method. Banks can take several business days to show it. Etsy purchases are also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection and case process.

Your legal rights

After a refund your licence to use the guide ends; please delete your copy. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad or Etsy, usually within 5–10 business days. This policy is in addition to, not instead of, your rights under the consumer law where you live.
